I ordered some things and have been waiting for months to recieve a backordered item. I would suggest making sure you have the items in stock when they are ordered so that I am not counting on them and only get half of my order.

I purchased box containers in a beautiful raspberry color. I bake all the time and I give my confections to friends. These containers are PERFECT. (I was tired of not getting my serving platters back) I was very pleased. I highly recommend your products.

I got my order in a timely manner, but the candle was gold instead of silver. I left a voicemail with customer service, and a week later someone contacted me to tell me a new candle was on its way. I did receive the new candle, but it was still the wrong color. I returned the order and I am awaiting a credit.

Arrived in perfect condition. The popcorn buckets are great! I used them to make my own Christmas gifts by adding classic DVD's, popcorn, old fashioned movie style candy boxes, surrounded by tissue paper. I used cello wrap to cover and tied each with a big red and white bow! I hope they are a hit at the parties I attend. I heard of plum party from the Today show. I was browsing on your website and found the Tiara pinata. I was having a princess themed first B-day party (Not Disney Princess) The pinata was adorable,it's made very well, it survived quite a few whacks before it broke open. I will recommend you to all.

I ordered the "No Men" plates and napkins for my semi-annual Girls Night Out, the Martini game and some favors for my party. I had to cancel the December party for December but plan to use the items I purchased for my May event.

I bought the sand dollar shell pack set of 12. Everything was good as expected. my only discrepency was I thought that they were going to be bigger. What was described (in size) was how big the baskets were that the shells came in. Other than that I have no complaints at all. great site w/ very unique stuff

I placed an order 10/11/06 which included Halloween items. Everything arrived quickly EXCEPT three felt bags I'd hoped to send to grandchildren in time for Halloween. It would have been better if the website had indicated you were of stock so I could have looked elsewhere. I noticed that several sizes you did indicate were sold out and I adjusted and ordered sizes you had available... I guess your inventory ran out just as I ordered... I still haven't received them but when I do, I'll be prepared for next year.

Threw my friend's bridal shower and the PP accoutrements were the biggest hit! From the mini bride and groom cupcake toppers to the pewter seashell charms everything was made more unique and special for the bride because of your site. I ordered two sets of the large Olympics ring set. You were originally out of stock but promptly notified me upon receipt. As we are nearby they were received the day after the order was placed. I will be using them as centerpieces for my son's Bar Mitzvah,I am waiting to hear when you have the torches in stock. You were the only on-line store where l found these items.

I ordered 12 acrylic martini glasses, along with a couple of other things. One of the martini glasses was broken when I received it. I called PlumParty, and they said they would send me a new glass. 2 weeks later, I still hadn't received it. I called again, spoke to Sabrina, and received my new glass within a couple of days. Thanks Sabrina; good customer service! Otherwise, very happy with the products!
