Customer Service is great.They made good on some broken plastic Martini glasses for my fiancee's 40th. Everyone loved the plastic glasses soo much that brought them to our next event. Our engagement party! BTW I bought the novelty oversized engagement rings from plum party and put them around the napkins with plastic utensils inside for our engagement party. It made a great theme, favor and the my girls were wearing them out one night for funn! Love this site, will come back for more unique shopping party ideas!

I'm getting married this summer. We're having a masqerade ball and I was looking for party crakers as favors/ fun. We purchased two kinds of crakers to compare which we liked better and popped them at new years. It was so much fun... we made sure to pop them all and found that the cheeper ones actually had more fun toys and better colored crowns! (though the paper was nicer one the more expenseive ones) Your service was prompter than expected and everything arrived without breaking. We'll be ordering about 300 more crackers in a few months! I ordered a product as a Christmas present a week before Christmas and upgraded to two day shipping. Just to make sure It got here on time. Two weeks after Christmas I called plumparty and asked them where my product was. They told me the product was out of stock and that they would refund my money. No Emails. No communication at all. Very disappointed. I will not buy from plumparty again.

I love Plum Party, they have the best stuff for party giveaways, I loved the trophies for best costume! I also like that whatever I order, I can order it at regular shipping and it comes really fast!!

The order was received in a timely fashion. The masks were very cute. The quality was extremely poor. We were using them for a Christmas play and the holes holding the elastic simply would not hold, the foam tore and the children were not able to wear them. I would still order form you again, the product just wasn't a good one.

I received my order with one item missing, no email from you ahead of time to alert me to this so I could make a decision as to what I want in replace of it. I had to contact you to tell you it was missing and Courtney promised to send me a return shipping label as I couldn't use an incomplete order. Well I had to wait several weeks for that, at which point it was too late I emailed Courtney asking for a refund. I've now sent her three emails with no response. Today I get an email asking me about my order and it says instead of replying to it I'm supposed to click on the link that takes me here.

I bought the biodegradable "Bambu" disposaable plates for a Pre-U2 Pearl Jam concert party and they were great. Everybody loved them, just a little nicer then a paper plate, enviornmentally friendly and they went with the Euroasian menue perfectly.I received them very quickly. The selection here in Hawaii is preatty limited so I was thrilled to find Plum Party on line.

Yes, I did receive the autumn disposable picks before the Holidays. I used them for serving meatballs, pigs-in-a blanket and different cheese's on Christmas Day. They added alot of different color to the table and looked very festive. I still have not received the other part of my order which is code #15045 flamingo toothpicks. I was planning on givig these away as a Christmas gift to a very close friend who collects flamingo's. I am still waiting for this order.

I received what I thought was my order as promised in a timely fashion only to be very disappointed when I opened the box! It was someone else's order not even close to what I had ordered. Upon contacting the company they assured me they would send out my order at their expense of 2 day shipping and refund my shipping costs only that did not happen! A week later my order finally arrived and yes I was very happy with the product just not the shipping and receiving of the product!!

I LOVED the Cigar pens!! My brother is about to be married and I ordered them for him and his groomsmen. He thought they were a cool idea. I also bought my boyfriend one because I wanted him to stop smoking cigars and it was a smooth way to say " Hey, you can still look suave, but in a healthy way!" I love the retro items that Plum Party sells. The Vintage look Christmas poppers were out of stock but they let me know when they were available again and they got them to me very fast. It was a very good shopping experience for me and I have recommended them to family and friends.

Ordered the circus bowls and platters. Very cute! My 1st package got lost, but I was given good customer service and you sent out another package which I received with no problem. Unfortunately, you were unable to send the elephant circus bowls as they were backordered. I used them at a circus birthday party. I didn't realize that they were throw away paper products when I ordered. I still liked them and will use the extras at a future party. I have since ordered 2 more times and received both of those packages also with no problems. You carry some really unique items.

I purchased the "I'm nuts about you" which I haven't given away yet, but I was very satisfied with... and I also bought "Dumb Dares for the Work Place" and I absolutely love it! We have wasted many hours at work playing this game... some of them are very off the wall, but some are very entertaining. I'm very satisfied!

I ordered some gold napkin rings with clear rhinestones on them and received them with no defects. The order was very prompt and just what I wanted. They are georgous and I can't wait to use them at my next party.

I ordered some things and have been waiting for months to recieve a backordered item. I would suggest making sure you have the items in stock when they are ordered so that I am not counting on them and only get half of my order.

I purchased box containers in a beautiful raspberry color. I bake all the time and I give my confections to friends. These containers are PERFECT. (I was tired of not getting my serving platters back) I was very pleased. I highly recommend your products.

I got my order in a timely manner, but the candle was gold instead of silver. I left a voicemail with customer service, and a week later someone contacted me to tell me a new candle was on its way. I did receive the new candle, but it was still the wrong color. I returned the order and I am awaiting a credit.

I received my order in a timely manner, unfortunately it was the wrong color. You sent a gold candle instead of a silver one. I left a message with customer service and a week later, I received a voicemail back indicating you would be sending another candle. I got the new candle a few days later, but it was still the wrong color. I shipped it to your returns department and I am awaiting a credit on my order.

Arrived in perfect condition. The popcorn buckets are great! I used them to make my own Christmas gifts by adding classic DVD's, popcorn, old fashioned movie style candy boxes, surrounded by tissue paper. I used cello wrap to cover and tied each with a big red and white bow! I hope they are a hit at the parties I attend. I heard of plum party from the Today show. I was browsing on your website and found the Tiara pinata. I was having a princess themed first B-day party (Not Disney Princess) The pinata was adorable,it's made very well, it survived quite a few whacks before it broke open. I will recommend you to all.

I bought the sand dollar shell pack set of 12. Everything was good as expected. my only discrepency was I thought that they were going to be bigger. What was described (in size) was how big the baskets were that the shells came in. Other than that I have no complaints at all. great site w/ very unique stuff

I placed an order 10/11/06 which included Halloween items. Everything arrived quickly EXCEPT three felt bags I'd hoped to send to grandchildren in time for Halloween. It would have been better if the website had indicated you were of stock so I could have looked elsewhere. I noticed that several sizes you did indicate were sold out and I adjusted and ordered sizes you had available... I guess your inventory ran out just as I ordered... I still haven't received them but when I do, I'll be prepared for next year.

Threw my friend's bridal shower and the PP accoutrements were the biggest hit! From the mini bride and groom cupcake toppers to the pewter seashell charms everything was made more unique and special for the bride because of your site. As a result, a number of guests wanted the website info and I wouldn't be surprised to see their comments on this board in the near future!

I ordered two sets of the large Olympics ring set. You were originally out of stock but promptly notified me upon receipt. As we are nearby they were received the day after the order was placed. I ordered 12 acrylic martini glasses, along with a couple of other things. One of the martini glasses was broken when I received it. I called PlumParty, and they said they would send me a new glass. 2 weeks later, I still hadn't received it. I called again, spoke to Sabrina, and received my new glass within a couple of days. Thanks Sabrina; good customer service! Otherwise, very happy with the products!

My order was fine overall. Everything arrived on time and the retirement party napkins I ordered were cute. However, the party crackers were a let down. The description of the item online and on the outside of the box said the contents would include funny lips, teeth, clown noses, etc. This was not the case. I ordered 2 dozen and I think I had the same 3 prizes and the same 3 set of jokes in each one. Only one out of 24 had one of the advertised "funny items"...the teeth. Basically all we got from our crackers were the paper crowns. I wouldnt order this brand of party cracker again...perhaps you should talk to this vendor about their product quality?

Ordered the Q cards, not only was the first ordered botched up (which no one followed through for a week and half until I contacted them), but the second order which was suppose to be overnighted to me free of charge was also "lost"...an absolute hassle, and a waste of my time, especially when it was suppose to be a gift. I ended up buying the cards from another site which arrived to me within three days in perfect condition. I will never use this site again, I can understand one mistake, but two, give me a break, get with the program people...especially when you are running a business. I could give credit to the woman who constantly reassured me everything was fine, Sabrina was her name, but in fact nothing was fine.

The spiderweb halloween table runner didn't wash very well. One side shrank more than the other so it doesn't lay flat. It was washed per instructions without using a dryer. Didn't even iron out. :(

I hate the lantern lights....
too few on the string, plug too close to lights.
Cute, but not extremely functional.

Everything I ordered from Plum Party exceeded my expectations. I love the site - presentation is great, and its wonderfully and creatively organized. Very helpful for an event planner. One item I would note was that, being a rep of nonprofit org., I was reassured that tax would be removed from the order prior to it being processed. That didn't happen. I did get the money refunded after calling, however, and customer service was wonderful.

My order was a flop. I was throwing a 40th bday party and ordered the birthday runner, gifts and monogrammed napkins. I felt the prices were high, but felt like a splurge for these good friends. I was concerned after 7 day that they might not make it to the party in time and I called, but customer service said it would be fine. They arrived about 5 days after the party. I was very disappointed. I thought about returning everything since I have no use for it, but after looking at how much I spent on shipping, it was ridiculous so I kept everything in hopes of future gifts.

I ordered the glove and baseball bag, I loved it, it was great quality and I need to order about 20 more for my sons party. However, you charged $6.00 a bag, and I found another website which has it for $4.50. So I was disappointed in your prices.

I loved all of the circus themed items! They were such a hit at my party. I was truly disappointed in the fact that one item did not come in my shipment and there was no acknowledgement that it was backordered. After I called customer service, they said it was restocked and would ship immediately. I did not receive it until two weeks after my event. Everything else was ordered 6-8 weeks early!

I was disappointed with item 17898 "it's magic" plastic cups - set of 4. the website showed a magician's hat on the cup and said that a bunny is shown popping out of it when filled with ice water. This is exactly was i was looking for for my 2 yr olds bday party favor. It worked perfectly with the theme. Instead, i was sent a plastic cup that had 2 'o's on it which turned into cool when filled with ice water. Well, that wasn't very 'cool' to pull a switch like that. Everything else i ordered was great but I was disappointed with the cups.

I ordered a few party crackers for my wedding, and although they were beautiful on the outside, I ended up having to open every one and re-stuff it with gifts that children would like. I'm glad I did it, because the enclosed gifts were not reflective of the contents description. The company chose 2-3 of the cheapest toys and stuffed all 36 with a variation of one of those. The kids would have been very disappointed if I had trusted the advertising.

The peony placecards are perfect for our event that has an Asian theme. I am waiting for backordered items to be restocked and am a little concerned that they will not be available in time for our event. I placed an order for items shown in a magazine. I received half the order the other half was on backorder. When I finally received my backorder item I was charged again for the order. I did not like the response time on the items nor the fact that the money was taken from me on two separate occasions. I would not recommend to others the items or the site.

Your selection was so unique. My daughter's bridal shower was just around the corner and I wanted some fun stuff.
I ordered the wedding tissues packs for her and her attendants.Which brought lots of "oh yeahs"from the guests. The Wedding Bingo for backup for a game, but the thought of a honeymoon backup was mentioned!
The best thing was the champage organza napkins to be used with the center pieces on each table, at the wedding. They were beautiful and I am sure they will work out just perfect.Detail is everything. Thank you for your prompt processing and carefull packaging. I will deal with you again.

I ordered the black pint take-out boxes for my party favors. I received the order pretty quick, but I was missing half the order. I called pretty close to closing time that night and they said they would have the rest to me before my party in two days! I was a little nervous but had a back up plan! They arrived on time! We had a red and black cocktail and dessert party for my husbands birthday and we used them as favors- I kept them empty with a note that said: Thanks for celebrating with us, please take your favorite desserts home with you! Everyone packed their boxes with leftovers!

What a nightmare.
After placing an order literally two months ago, I get an email asking about my level of satifaction with respect to my "shipment." Given that I had no idea where my order was, I called and was told that it would be shipped right away. True, I received my order a week later--but only HALF of the order. After another phone call, I was told that that the rest of my order consisted of discontinued stock. If the order had shipped on time, I would have received my entire order. Now I am left scrambling for products just before my vow renewal. I will never use Plum Party again.

I received the Complete CASINO night. However, upon the prep work for our banquet evening--the roulette game has a MAJOR problem---the numbers and colors on the wheel are opposite of the felt board numbers and colors. making it useless. The group was very disappointed, we were having a casino night without casino games that were anticipated. I would actually like to either return it or have a new one to replace the mistake, the felt board with the corrected colored numbers or the roulette wheel with the corrected colored numbers--however it could be corrected would be appreciated.

I was so excited to find this site. I eagerly ordered an item for my coworker's birthday. I waited and waited and waited. Several days after the anticipated delivery date I received an email informing me that the item was backordered, which I found curious because my bank account had already be debited for the amount of the purchase. If I'd known the item was out of stock I would have chosen one of the other great items I saw on the site. I then waited and waited and waited some more. I finally received an email letting me know that the item was shipped. Imagine my surprise to see that my bank account was charged again, nearly a month later. I called plum party and was told the accounting department would need to "investigate" why I was charged again before the error was corrected, even after I faxed a copy of my bank statements showing duplicate charge. The money was returned to my account but the experience was discouraging.

I purchase packages of the tombstone place cards. Each time I placed an order I was not sent the full shipment. The item description stated 8 placecards to a set. For 3 separate shipments I only received 4 placecards. I had to call each time to get it straightened out. They did send the remaining packages by overnight mail, but if I hadn't called they would have had my money and the extra 4 packages of my order.

I purchased flamingo pinatas that I'm using as part of a centerpiece for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. We have a Florida theme. We took beach buckets, put plaster in for weight with a painted dowel rod in the center, put silk hibiscus in the bucket and then placed the pinatas on top of the rod. Very, very cute.

I received a damaged item back in July. It took several weeks to get a shipping label from Plumparty to return the item. Now it has been several weeks since I returned the item and I still have not recevied a credit. When I called a week ago, they said it should be credited to my card within a day. Still no credit. Now when I call, the message says they are having trouble with their phone lines. What kind of business is this?

I had my luau/crab fest party of over 60 people. I got a lot of my decorations from plum party. They were great quality and awsome service!! Everyone was asking me where did I get my decorations. I had a red-carpet 18th birthday party and it was a little last minute on my part but luckily your website is set up really excellently by theme! Even when I didn't recieve all the votives I ordered in my shipment, customer service was really nice and efficient and sent them to me the next day (which was the day of the party).
I love all the cute cocktail napkins. I used the star plates for desserts and I filled up the plastic cups that say HOLLYWOOD, RICH, CELEBRITY, and FAMOUS with chocolate and Orbit gum and gave them to everyone as favors. I also used the red and white star invites as thankyou card/favors - I had "paprazzi" (my sisters) take polaroids of every guest walking down the red carpet and then pasted those onto the cards on which I had a note pre-written. Everyone loved the whole theme and the cards. Thanks!

I recently ordered your small chocolate "Oscar" trophies and paid for the overnight shipping. They did not arrive overnight, as they were left behind in a New Jersey Fed-Ex warehouse, however, they did arrive second day when I needed them. Thankfully, your company packed a couple of cold packs and they did not melt!
The trophies were used at our Oscar-themed yacht club regatta and served as awards for our lighted parade. They were very well recieved and were a great addition to an awesome weekend!

Thanks for the quick delivery on my diva mom cocktail napkins, the leopard print take-out containers and the shimmery orange table cloth. I used them for an orange themed baby shower and they were a huge hit! The take out containers were in the mom-to-be's favorite pattern, with a hint of orange. We filled them with chocolate covered orange slices, put a custom-designed sticker on top, and sent them home with the guests as perfect party favors!

However, the little "red white and blue" nandpainted candles were a bit of a fire hazard. As they burnt down the candle's flames became little torches. I would definitely take them off your site.

This is a great site filled with great stuff and I have ordered from you many times. This last time I loved everything that I received, but there were a couple of items that were on back order that showed in stock when I placed the order. This made things difficult for the event that I was having, because I didn''t know that I wouldn't be able to get them until I received the order with a sheet that the out of stock items would be shipped soon. I purchased a set of Monster plates that i had seen in Rachael Ray's magazine. Like other people in this blog, the plates were indicated to be "in stock", but over 4 weeks later they are still on backorder with the manufacturer. I am very frustrated because they are adorable and the perfect gift for my nephew's first birthday. However, I have had to purchase another gift in the meantime and HOPEFULLY the plates will come in time for Christmas!!!! Very disappointed in the service, but the site has cute stuff.

I ordered gifts for my Mother's day Brunch. I did a little grab bag for the moms with soaps, pencils, erasers, etc. the only complaint I have is that I ordered the everyday epiphanies stickers, which were supposed to be "strong women, strong words" the stickers I got were nice enough quotes, but only one or two (if any, honestly I don't remember) were by women. I used them anyway, but I was disappointed that it was not what I ordered.
Otherwise I love your site and it was the 3rd time I ordered from you, with only this one minor glitch.

I ordered the palm tree centerpieces for a luau golf tournament. I have to admit that I was a little disappointed with the quality. For $10, I think they could have been a little classier. I ended up keeping them because it just wasn't worth paying shipping twice to end up with nothing.

Had a "surf-board" theme birthday party for my 10 year old daughter. I ordered the surf-board hanging lights (was a surprise for her) and not only did she and her guests love them, she now has them hanging her in room. I ordered the little circus wagon for my son's circus party. I used it as a table decoration and then intended to give it to my son to play with. Unfortunately, I feel that the construction is poor. When I was arranging it on the table for the party, one of the wheels fell off and there does not seem to be any way to fix it. I have tried and tried. When I received it, there were little circular corregated cardboard cutouts behind the wheels and one of them was 1/2 off. So, thinking they were there for packing reasons, I removed them. Now I'm wondering if they were supposed to stay on. They were not very attractive and since one was 1/2 off, I figured they were to be removed. Anyway, I am not really satisfied with this product at all. I feel that I spent over $20 on something that my son can't even play with now.

I love the retro bowling postcards. They are so unique. I used them for a bowling shower. Shipping was quick but very expensive (half the cost of the product) considering the product was $9. I went to chronicle books online and found the same price but much cheaper shipping. I would have bought from there if I had known who else sold them. Plum Party does have a great selection though.

In May we were having a company barbeque. We couldn't come up with just one theme since we were planning this the week before Memorial Day. We came up with the idea of 'Happy Everthing Day" for the events that were happening in the month of May.
We came up with May Day, Cinco de Mayo, Kentucky Derby, Mother's Day, Armed Forces Day, The Indy 500, Memorial Day and Chinese Dragon Boat Festival. The decorations were a little bit of everything.
The Jockey Hats were everything I was looking for.And so was the chinese dragons.
This is a great website with so may helpful party themes and ideas. I have passed this on to all my party planning friends and trust me I will be using you in the future. Great Job

I love your unique selection and great customer service on the sales side. However when you had some items that I needed backordered I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. I continued to recieve emails that the order was shipping (in pieces) and emailed to cancel again. I received the order anyway and emailed again. Promised a return ship label, never came. I ordered what were described as burgundy and ivory striped luncheon napkins, made by a subsidiary of Caspari. They were 1/2 off, which was super, and burgundy napkins that aren't just solid-colored are hard to find, so I was thrilled. When I got them, however, they looked red, and when I looked right on the back of the package, near the UPC, in decent-sized print, it said Cardinal Red. Despite the good price, I will be returning them, unfortunately on my own dime, despite that the package called them Cardinal Red, but they advertised them as burgundy.

I ordered the cups for my grandson's birthday party, expecting plastic with lids and straws, intending them as favors for the other children. What I received were merely paper cups with design on them. I had purchased the same cups to use at the party at the $1 store much less expensivelsey and no shipping costs.
I must say shipping was prompt since I paid for fast shipment but I obtained these paper ones locally. Guess I didn't read the description carefully enough - or between the lines. I probably won't order again soon.

I am extremely happy with the lables and baggies I purchased for my wedding to enclose in the welcome bags. However, I ordered the purple surprise invitations boxes that include the bubble gum and was extremely disappointed that the gum was far beyond extremely stale and rock hard. For the amount of moeny we paid we were disappointed.

We ordered the top hats to use as a centerpiece for our 25th anniversary gala. We removed the top of the hat and put in red roses, silver streamers and silver netting. It was a beautiful look.

I ordered the jockey helmets to hand out to the kiddies at our recent kentucky derby party. they were a big hit and i was very happy with them. one thing: you say they are adult size but they really aren't. i can't imagine any adult they'd fit....unless that adult was a real jockey. But since i wanted them for the kids anyway it all worked out great. They were a little pricey but they added a cute touch to our theme. thanks again.

Thanks very much for your service. I particularly appreciate that you went the extra mile in sending me the leopard print containers via air so I got them in time. I used them, filled with gold & black shredded tissue, to hold our bride/groom bubbles, wedding cake candles, bride/groom sniff packets and other goodies. These were table favors for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The Mexican wedding banner (which was great!) was used as more decoration. Since the wedding was to be held at the San Francisco Zoo, the leopard theme was particularly appropriate. Thanks for your interest.

I ordered one of the new baby feather wreaths for my sister and her husband the day after their baby was born. I had received one a few months earlier when my daughter was born and they are beautiful, unique and make a great keepsake. I don't know why I did not think to order a wreath for my sister sooner so she could have had it on the hospital door the day the baby was born but I didn't. Anyway, here I was, scouring the internet on a Friday and making phone calls to see who had the item in stock and could have it delivered the next day...on a Saturday, no less! I only found 2 companies that could help me and yours was by far the best option. I was able to purchase the wreath for next day delivery from New York to California at half the price it would have cost me to use the other company which was in Alabama. I will definitely be back to shop with you in the future when I need party items and such. Your website is great too. Thanks a bunch!!!

I've shopped on plumparty before and had a good experience. I had a good experience this time too, but I have to say that while shopping on the site, almost everything I was looking for was out of stock, and I was becoming a little exasperated. In the future, it would be nice if you put an "out of stock" tag on the pages with all the items listed on it instead of item by item.

Re Order order 62941: I ordered a number of items for Passover and was extremely pleased with everything with one BIG exception. The six onion grasses were packed in such a way that they were completely bent over. I tried reshaping them and cutting them and in the end had to throw them out. They were an expensive item that was totally unusable. I do appreciate you asking about the order and I think you have a wonderful site.

I ordered the bride and groom maracas for my wedding reception and they are adorable -- however, the paint on bride's nose is chipped. Both maracas were wrapped well in bubble wrap, so it is pretty apparent that the bride maraca was damaged even before it was shipped to me... very disappointing quality control.

Just an FYI - I ordered 3 sets of side dishes and when I received my order, a dish was missing. I called and re-ordered the one dish, told the operator that it was the "ring side dish," and waited for it to arrive. The wrong plate came, which, all things considered, it isn't a huge deal because it is the same plate as one of the other sets of four, but now I have 4 dishes of one style, 5 of another, and 3 of a third style, if that makes sense. Just thought you should know, but it's not important enough for me to send back and re-order again. My aunt had bought me a set of dinner plates, bowls and a platter, and I bought the side dishes to match, and I love them!!! I get compliments on all of it anytime I have people over! We host an annual themed Garden Party in July, which consists of a croquet competition. This years will be the Kentucky Derby Garden Party. I am using the 2005 discounted Kentucky Derby Invitations with the added words, Garden Party in Script writing. We will place our wrought iron garden arch at the backyard gate with a silver horseshoe hanging from it.....We have a silver plated Croquet Trophy Cup with the winners name engraved on the base plate each year. This 20" Trophy Cup will be the centerpiece of our outdoor patio table, holding silk red roses tied with a red ribbon, on a red & white checked tablecloth with a white plastic lace cloth overlay. Napkins are black. This food set up will be on the patio. I have six silver (rhodium plated) serving trays to place on top to hold (frame) all food dishes. Husband, with his straw Derby hat, will man the adjacent barbeque unit of ham and chicken. I have added a request for the ladies to all wear "Derby fancy Hats" so that will be a competition by voting from the guests. The E-Z up canopy tent, to be set up on the grass adjacent to patio, will hold a card table, same tablecloths as main setup, with virgin juliep punch bowl and bourbon bottle for those so inclined. I am giving favors of potted mint plant from local nursery & miniture bourbon bottles, the kind you get on airlines. Our guests number about 32...........The Derby Croquet competion, played on a lawn court, will be in flights of 6 players, who I have given horse names........Flying Dutchman, Hot Tamale, Surfcrest Slew, Infirmed & etc.........I am making a tote board for some added humor, with all the entrants horse names and odds............Flying Dutchman 10-1 and etc. Those that don't show or decline will be scratched. There's no real meaning to it, just fun. The tote board is a black foam board which I will mark with silver marker and place on a standing easel. But we will bet on the outcome, modestly, and have Win, Place & Show tickets. That will keep some guests involved at the betting table. I think this years party will be a surprise for all.

I had to call and complain and was yelled at for wanting my money back on shippin on items I never recieved. Plum party should have notified me earlier and it hurt my party. I wouldn't reccommend your site at all.

I ordered items for an Academy Award party with the US Army. It was a Hail and Farewell event. It turned out to be smashing. The Commanders all loved it as well as everyone who attended. People who were not going to come changed their mind when they saw the arrangements in our Drill Hall. Everyone had such fun; the awards presentation was wonderful and hilarious, but the best part was the red carpet we did with cameras rolling. There was laughter and conversation all evening. I received so many wonderful comments and offers to plan people's upcoming weddings, birthdays, etc. Maybe I can get a new job (smile). I thought with the cake supplies store that I had access to I wouldn't have a problem getting the a small bride and groom for a shower cake that I was doing. But as I went to get the supplies for the cake I could not find a small bride and groom. So after searching for two days every cake supplies and party supply store I decided to try the internet. I only had a week till the shower. I had did a general search and had reveiw several web sites before I enter Plum's web site and you had exactly what I needed. I ordered the cupcake toppers, bride & groom, for a wedding shower I was throwing. The toppers were the perfect size for cupcakes and worked great! They were a huge hit. I was expecting them to have small pics in the bottom, to help them stand up in the cupcakes, but with a little frosting on the bottom and extra frosting on the cupcakes, they stuck really well.
